Refund and Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. We do not accept any cancellation on order after production of order is started. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user's credit card / account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 10 business days.
There is no return policy as each piece is customized and made to order. Products that are on sale are not subject to return or refund, However, alterations are possible, but will be chargeable.
A product once delivered cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios, it is possible to exchange the product :
Manufacturing Fault
Whilst we maintain the scrtictest quality control at UNIFORMITI, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible, then we shall take the product back and provide you with a replacement within two weeks time.
Note: Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of merchandise as colors seen on the website may be different from actual subject to screen resolutions.
Alterations
If you have places an order with a customized size and it does not fit as per your requirement we can offer to alter it for a perfect fit. However, if the issue is because of inaccurate measurements provided by the user, UNIFORMITI shall not be responsible for the same. You may email us at atelierclothing@gmail.com in case of a sizing issue. Depending on your location and nature of alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can eveluate the issue and correct it.
To start an exchange, please email us at atelierclothing@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91 9810592457 within 2 days from the date of receipt. Ensure your items are securely wrapped to avoid any damage in transit. UNIFORMITI cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by a registered courier company. Please keep all tracking details of the package until we confirm the recepit of it. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. UNIFORMITI will only bear the expenses of the transaction after repair of the merchandise. Pieces bought in sale / special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Note: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product Information
UNIFORMITI has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. Further, we have ensured the measurements, information, description, technical information of products furnished on the website are best calculated and stated to accuracy and true to its dimensions. However, due to the inherent characteristics of certain materials and the fact that every piece is made by hand, actual measurements of individual items may vary slightly. Slight marks and color/ print variations should not be considered as a defect.
Wash Care
Every product has a wash care instruction on the website. UNIFORMITI cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product if the recommended wash care is not followed. Always wash dark colors seperately. Do not mix white products with other colors while washing.
